After infusing for 2-3 days in a dark closet, strain rum from solids (reuse soilds for one more infusion if you’d like) and return to jar. Cocktail: in a shaker add, 1.5 oz of infused rum, 1 oz lemon juice and 1 oz simple syrup (or 417 Cocktails’ Peach Pie Syrup for extra peachy flavor!). Shake with ice until well chilled. Pour into a cocktail glass over ice, top with a splash of apple cider and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Cocktail: Peach Pie Margarita- to a shaker add 1.5 oz infused tequila, juice of half a lime and 1 ounce agave nectar. Shake with ice until well chilled. Strain into a Margarita glass that’s been rimmed with apple cinnamon sugar and filled with ice. Top with a splash of sparkling water, if desired.
BOURBON: After infusing for 2-3 days in a dark closet, strain bourbon from solids and return to jar (reuse one more time if you’d like). Cocktail- Bourbon Smash: to a shaker add 2 oz infused bourbon, juice of half a lemon, and 1 oz 417 Cocktails Peach Pie Syrup. Add ice and shake, shake, shake! Strain into a coupe glass and enjoy!
If you are kind of a wuss with spice, remove the peppers after day one and taste for spicynes.
Spicy Paloma- Add 1.5 oz Spice My Life infused tequila, 1 oz agave, juice of half a lime, and 1 oz grapefruit juice to shaker with ice and shake until well chilled. Pour over ice and top with Grapefruit Spindrift sparkling water.
